Wedding / elopements / events

(indoor and outdoor)

All weddings require a signed contract and a $750 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

All elopements require a signed contract and a $350 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

All events require a signed contract and a $100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

A one hour minimum is required for all events.

No smoking or pets at any indoor events, weddings or elopements.

Outdoor events, weddings, and elopements are allowed pets upon Southern Sonders approval and may be subject to an extra fee.

Any damages to Southern Sonder property are subject to a damage fee based on extent of damages.

A cleaning fee will be added to all indoor events in addition to the hourly rate.

We require all events to respectfully close down by 10:30PM
